Jessica Ennis-Hill promotes the event with local schoolchildren at Chatsworth House.

For the heptahlete, who won gold at London 2012 and silver in Rio last year, is hosting a Music Miles event on Sunday, July 9. It’s a one-mile musically-themed run (or walk or even dance) suitable for all ages and abilities, and is part of the Vitality Move Series to raise money for Cancer Research UK. For those who want to push themselves further, there are runs over 5K and 10K too, but all participants will take part to the backdrop of music of their choice being played all the way around the course. “Chatsworth House is a beautiful venue and a real favourite of mine,” said Ennis-Hill.
