A team from Buxton and High Peak Golf Club made home advantage count when they hosted the Derbyshire Union Centenary Trophy on Wednesday May 22.

Clubs from around the county entered teams in the 4AM event, which was won, in windy conditions, by a Buxton & High Peak team of captain Pete Guess, chairman R Scott, president D MacKay and match secretary R Clark with a superb score of 78 points. In second place was Tapton Golf Club.
