Pictures show the extent of flooding in Matlock town centre

These photos show the impact of the flooding caused by heavy rain in Derbyshire after Storm Christoph battered the county.

Roads in the town centre were impassible following the downpours overnight, which flooded some businesses on Bakewell Road.

The Tipsy Toad cocktail bar was among those premises affected.

A £100,000 fund is being made available to Derbyshire residents and businesses hit by the floods.
