"We then send out an email notification to the database as and when new houses are to be released for sale and believe this is the fairest way of informing all potential buyers of new releases.

"We do not encourage customers to camp on site.

"However, we have had this happen on several occasions at the decision of the customer wishing to secure their new home."

Gleeson Homes' website states that Woodthorpe Park is made up of two, three and four-bedroom houses and is 'an ideal place for all generations to live'.
