Woodthorpe Park is proving to be popular.

The wannabe homeowners are desperate for one of the properties at the Woodthorpe Park development in Old Tupton.

A spokesperson for housebuilder Gleeson Homes said: "Due to unprecedented demand at our Woodthorpe Park development, we advise all potential buyers to register their interest via our website.

"We then send out an email notification to the database as and when new houses are to be released for sale and believe this is the fairest way of informing all potential buyers of new releases.
