VIDEO: Youngsters show off their dancing skills
On Monday, pupils from primary schools including St Bartholomew’s in Longnor, Peak Dale Primary and St Anne’s Primary in Buxton, performed in front of a packed audience.
And it was the turn of secondary school students on Tuesday, as pupils from Buxton Community School, Chapel-en-le-Frith High School and Hope Valley College were among those performing.

Hide AdThe event, which saw two performances on each day, was part of the Jump Dance Festival organised by Buxton Opera House and Buxton Community School.
Zoe Hanson, dance teacher at Buxton Community School, who is one of the main organisers, said: “It went very well. We had about ten secondary schools and between eight and ten primary schools with over 300 kids performing across the two days.
“All the dances were choreographed by teachers, professional choreographers and students from Buxton Community School.”
