Vandals attack two properties in Somercotes with graffiti

Police are appealing for information after graffiti damage was caused to two residential properties in Somercotes.

Sometime between 11.30pm on Tuesday, September 1 and 1.30am on Wednesday, September 2, black paint was sprayed onto the wall of a property adjacent to Mill Street.

Graffiti damage was also caused to a property at the junction of Somercotes Hill and Stanley Street sometime between 10.30pm on Wednesday, September 2 and 11.30am the following morning.

Anyone with information about either incident is being urged to contact PCSO Richard Plant from the Somercotes and Riddings Safer Neighbourhood Team on 101, quoting crime number 37670/15.
