Two people trapped after bus and car collide at Sawmills
Two people had to be rescued from vehicles by firefighters following an accident.
Firefighters from Crich, Alfreton and Nottingham Road attended a road traffic collision involving a car and a bus today (Saturday, February 14) at 1pm on the A610 at Sawmills.
One person had been released from a vehicle prior to their arrival, however there were two people trapped by their injuries.
Firefighters undertook space creation work with hydraulic cutting equipment to release the trapped casualties.
They left at 2.43pm and the incident was left with the police.
