Trip up north for Bakewell probus club members
The now well established summer outing by the Bakewell and District Probus Club this year took in the North East with visits to Newcastle on Tyne, Beamish and Alnwick Castle. The party saw Agatha Christie’s Black Coffee, walked many miles round the extensive Beamish Museum and enjoyed Alnwick Castle. The party of 23 was led by chairman, Don Mackenzie.
At the last club meeting members enjoyed a light hearted talk by Robert Cumming, assisted by Peter Donaldson.
