The rider, stopped by officers from Derbyshire Road Policing Unit, saw his Suzuki bike seized on the first day of 2025 after police found he had no no insurance for delivering food.
When he was pulled over officers also realised that the rider was only wearing a toy helmet. He was reported for his offences.
