Traffic delays on the M1 southbound following accident near junction 29 this morning
Motorists taking the M1 Southbound between Chesterfield and Mansfield have been warned to expect delays this afternoon as two lanes are closed.

Two lanes have been closed on the M1 southbound at Junction 29 (Mansfield/Chesterfield)
There are two of four lanes closed with delays of 45 minutes.
Highways England tweeted: “We are attending on overturned trailer containing diesel. Lanes 1 and 2 are currently closed.”
