A major road in Derbyshire is closed in both directions this morning, Tuesday, May 11, due to a police incident.

The A610 in Ripley has been shut and there is queueing traffice due to the incident between the A38/B6441 Hartshay Roundabout and Wyatts Way.

This is causing congestion to the B6441 Nottingham Road heading through the centre of Ripley as traffic attempts to divert around the area.
