M1 closed in Derbyshire after lorry sheds load

Drivers are being warned of rush-hour delays after the M1 was closed this morning after a lorry shed its load

Highways England are reporting that all four lanes have been closed on the M1 southbound between junctions J30 and J29A

They say the event is expected to clear between 9.45 and 10am, with delays expected for the next two hours.

Traffic is being held to allow clear up of debris on the road
