One lane of the northbound carriageway has been closed this morning after a collision between J29 for Chesterfield Mansfield and J29A for Markham Vale/Bolsover.

Police appeal for help finding Derbyshire woman missing for over a week

Highways England said the incident was not expected to clear until 11am.

Derbyshire Police were called just before 8.50am to the crash which allegedly involved a Ford Focus and a lorry.

No injuries were reported.

Witnesses, or those with dashcam footage, are asked to call police.
