Thieves steal huge woodchipper

The wood chipper was stolen from a yard Morton Road, Pilsley between 5pm on January 30 and 3pm on January 31.

Derbyshire police said the thieves broke into a padlocked area and stole the machine which weighs 1.5 tons.

Writing on Facebook Lisa Smith Smithem said: “There is a huge reward for anyone who can return the machine. If you have any information or details or even get offered this machine then please contact me. The police have been informed and CCTV is being downloaded from several places but if you can provide information in the meantime it would be appreciated.”
