Springwell group keep dancing
Springwell Community Arts (SCART) can keep dancing after a £479 donation from Mansfield Building Society's Community Support Scheme.
The dance group will use the cash to buy dance mats to increase dancer safety.
SCART group manager Brian Evans said: “We would like to say a huge thank you to Mansfield Building Society for this act of community giving. The dance groups currently rehearse in the drama studio at the college with a hard floor, and it will really help our members to be able to develop their skills further by practicing certain moves with the added safety of the dance mats.”
