Bosses at the Nottingham Road firm are supplying 16 apprentices with trade clothing during their three-year apprenticeship at Holdcroft Heating in Stoke-on-Trent.

The trainees will be sporting recently launched Vaillant Workwear - the result of a partnership with clothing manufacturer Dickies - offering a wide range of clothing and accessories for those employed in the trade.

Vaillant Director of Sales Support for Western Europe Gregg Cole said: “Workwear has had a high profile launch but when we heard about Holdcroft’s support of apprentices we felt that they, in turn, should feel our full support – after all that is what Vaillant is about.

“Apprentices and young people are the lifeblood of industry and we wanted to play our part in supporting their development.

“Vaillant Workwear is a quality range designed with installers in mind and we’re sure it will serve the Holdcroft apprentices very well during their training and beyond. We wish them all the best of luck for the future.”

Holdcroft Heating is a family-run company in Stoke-on-Trent. Co-director Tina Holdcroft said: “We’re delighted that Vaillant have offered to be a sponsor for our apprentices. It’s great to have the support of a market leader and a trusted manufacturer, and the workwear Vaillant kindly donated to us was very well received—each one of our apprentices was thrilled!”
