'Smouldering' tree in Chesterfield
A tree was ablaze in Chesterfield this morning.
Firefighters rushed to Newby Road, Newbold, shortly before 10.25am.
A Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "On arrival, one tree was smouldering.
"Crews used a water backpack to extinguish the fire."
It is not known what caused the tree fire.
There were no reports of any injuries.
