Commuters and residents are facing the following delays and disruptions in and around Derbyshire –

Traffic queues towards Brighouse caused by a tanker fire, on the westbound M62.

A38 Nottinghamshire - Heavy traffic on A38 Kings Mill Road East in both directions between Mcdonalds in Sutton In Ashfield and Alfreton in South Normanton.

M1 Derbyshire - Slow traffic on M1 southbound between J29, A617 (Chesterfield) and J28, A38 (Alfreton).

M1 Derbyshire - Slow traffic on M1 northbound at J29a, Markham (Markham Vale), because of an earlier broken down vehicle.

M1 Derbyshire - Queueing traffic on M1 northbound between J30, A616 (Sheffield) and J31, A57 (Sheffield). Travel time is 20 minutes. In the roadworks area.
