Kick off at the Proact Stadium is at 1pm but police have already gathered for the first briefing meeting at just before 10am.

A spokesman for Spireites Police said: “Be loud, be proud but please think about your behaviour whatever the result.

“Be a credit to your club. Don’t let the small minority spoil it for the vast majority. Enjoy the game.”

Nottinghamshire Police officers will be working with Derbysshire Police officer and Leicestershire Police and West Yorkshire Police horses will be assisting at the fixture.

Signs have already gone up around the ground which state: “It is an offence to take flares and smoke devices into the stadium. Searches will be carried out before entry and CCTV will be used to identify any offender.

“Anyone caught in possession of or activating such a device in the stadium will be prosecuted.”
