Plans for a drive-thru Starbucks restaurant near a Derbyshire retail outlet have moved forward.
An application for advertising consent for a mix of illuminated and non-illuminated signs on the new-build timber premises off Mansfield Road, South Normanton has been submitted to Bolsover District Council.
The single storey restaurant/takeaway is part of the second phase of the Park 38 development. The East Midlands Designer Outlet is on the opposite side of the A38 to the south of the site.
