Graham Ashby was last seen at around 10.30am on June 26. He was subsequently reported as missing to police.
The 51-year-old drives a blue Audi and has connections to the Bristol area.
A Derbyshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “Do you recognise Graham from the photos? Have you seen him, or do you know where he might be now?”
