Missing Chesterfield teenager spotted in Brimington and New Whittington

A teenage girl missing for more than a week has been seen in New Whittington and Brimington, police officers say.

Sophie Walton was last seen on the evening of Sunday, May 10.

She had been staying with family in Nottinghamshire but left in the middle of the night.

Missing Chesterfield girl Sophie Walton has been seen in Brimington.

Sophie, 16, is from Pilsley originally and has links to Chesterfield, New Whittington and Whittington Moor.

She is white, slim, 5ft 6ins tall and has long hair that is dyed purple. She may be wearing a black fur bomber jacket, grey skinny jeans and white Nike trainers.
