Heavy snow is forecast for parts of Derbyshire.

A Met Office yellow warning for snow is valid in the county from now until 4pm on Thursday.

Then another yellow alert for snow and ice comes into force in Derbyshire at 8pm on Thursday and ends at 11am on Friday.

Of course, not all areas in Derbyshire will see heavy snow but the weather in parts of the Peak District looks set to be bad.
