Families got into the spirit of Halloween by dressing up in frightfully good costumes to go trick or treating.

Little pumpkins, enchanting witches and gruesome ghouls visited residential haunts around Derbyshire on their hunt for sweets.

Mums and dads were on hand to capture their children in costumes and escort them on their travels.
