and live on Freeview channel 276
The CCTV footage shows the DPD delivery driver exit his van following a delivery to the address and proceed to urinate on private property, including the post box, and surrounding area – even though there were ample facilities available for him to relieve himself nearby.
The ‘extremely distressing’ event was even witnessed by the customer’s 12-year-old son and members of staff at the property, leaving many of them shocked and disgusted.

Kelly Gibson, executive assistant at 5 Play Ltd and 5 Play Aquatics, said: “The CCTV footage was witnessed by several members of staff and my 12 year-old son who was off school at the time.
"We contacted DPD immediately and were told that this would be escalated to their highest complaints executive and that someone would be in touch with us within the day.
“I have since contacted DPD twice more and on both occasions, they have promised to get back to us within the day due to the seriousness of the event, but we have yet to hear from anyone.

Hide AdKelly is also concerned about possible Covid infection from the incident, with a ‘high risk’ elderly couple isolating on the property.
“This has been extremely distressing for our team who witnessed the event, but more importantly has exposed a large number of people to possible Covid infection and the whole area has had to been cleaned and disinfected at a substantial cost to ourselves.
"We understand that people need to go to the toilet but the driver would have been more that welcome to use our staff facilities had he asked, there is also a pub at the end of the road which could have been used, not to mention the fact that we are only a few miles away from the motorway services, so he had more than enough options available to him.
“The elderly parents of the company director also live on site and have been isolating due since March due to the fact that they are both in the high risk category for contracting Covid-19, this means that they couldn’t go to the post box or surrounding area.”

A statement from DPD said: “At DPD we take the behaviour of our people very seriously indeed and we will always take firm action against those who fall well short of our high standards.
"The behaviour of our driver here was unforgivable and completely unacceptable.
