Derbyshire road closed after crash involving car and pedestrian
Part of a Derbyshire road is currently closed after a crash involving a car and a pedestrian.
Shortly before 6pm, a Derbyshire Constabulary spokesperson said: “A collision between a car and a pedestrian has resulted in Church Street, Eckington, being closed at its junctions with Sheffield Road and Mill Road. With the closures likely to remain in place for some time drivers are asked to use alternative routes and avoid the area.”
