Welfare workers at the charity’s base on Spital Lane are currently look after a host of dogs that are in need of a forever home.

Stanley, a seven-year-old cross breed, was found with his skin scoured and ears infected having lived in a scrapyard where he was surrounded by barbed wire and bricks. He is personable and friendly, traits which belie his harsh background. Basic training is required for this playful pooch who loves going for walks. Bella is a six-year-old French bulldog who can be anxious around new people but once she's comfortable with them she is super friendly and lots of fun.
