Pedestrian suffers head injuries in Ripley crash
A pedestrian suffered head injuries after being struck by a car in Ripley.
The man and vehicle were in collision on Grosvenor Road at about 10.10am on Monday.
A Derbyshire police spokesman said paramedics attended the scene and treated the man. His injuries were not life-threatening.
The spokesman added: "The car hit the man then the driver reversed to get away from him a bit. The driver then hit another car."
The incident caused significant traffic delays in the area.
