LETTER: Another winter without lighting
It would appear that we are going to endure yet another winter with no street lighting on Markham Road between Park Road and West Bars roundabout.
Due to the timespan with no lighting it would appear that Derbyshire County Council has little or no intention of rectifying the problem with the lights.
Perhaps when a pedestrian or cyclist is seriously injured or killed something will be done.
