Open–air museum retains national standard

An open–air museum has proved it is continuing to maintain high standards by retaining national accreditation.

Crich Tramway Village has kept its Arts Council England accreditation.

The Museum last achieved Accreditation for the first time in 2010 and has continued to meet and improve on the standards expected from a Nationally Styled Museum.

Curator Laura Waters said: “We are pleased all the hard work which goes into caring for a National collection has been recognised.”
