Nobody hurt in Alfreton house fire
Concerned neighbours rang the fire brigade after smoke was seen issuing from a single storey property in Alfreton.
The call was made this morning on Thursday, May 19 and two crews from Alfreton station attended the fire on Park Mews, Church Street Riddings.
It was thought the occupant was in the house but this was not the case.
Two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet were used to put out the blaze.
