Motorists injured after Topley Pike crash

The collision involved a Mercedes Box van and a Jaguar X-Type car on the A6 road, at Topley Pike, and happened about 1.30pm, on Thursday, March 13.
A Derbyshire Constabulary spokesman said: “The van driver suffered only minor cuts and bruises and paramedics had to treat a local man who was in the Jaguar.

Police told how the road was reopened about 6pm and the driver of the Jaguar is in a stable condition and has not suffered any life threatening injuries.
Photographer Neil Upton captured the scene on camera, as pictured, when he was driving from Bakewell.
Witnesses to the collision can call Derbyshire Constabulary on 101.
