Motorcycle and tractor collision
A motorcyclist sustained a broken leg, ribs and shoulder after crashing his bike into a tractor.
At 8.40pm yesterday (Wednesday), a 44-year-old man was riding his Kawasaki 600 motorcycle along the A515 road at Alsop en le Dale, near Ashbourne, when he collided with a tractor, driven by a local farmer.
Police and ambulance were in attendance and the motorcyclist was taken to hospital for treatment.
