According to property information website Mouseprice, Dunston Road’s average house prices stands at £424,413 – making it the costliest street in the location.

Next on the list is quiet road Church Lane North, where the average prices are £400,948.

The list also reveals the cheapest properties in the S41 area for those wanting to pick up a bargain.

Arundel Close comes out on top, with the average property prices being just £57, 646, followed by Newland Dale where a home will set you back £59,301.

Moseprice’s figures take into account those living within the S41 postcode.

The prices are calculated using average selling figures and includes the sales of the properties since 1995.
