Robert William Grey, 56, of Corporation Road, Ilkeston: Proved under the Single Justice Procedure that he failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660 and must pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

Leanne Lillian Hickling, 25, of Naggle Gate Close, Stanley Common: Indicated a guilty plea to committing fraud by making a false representation by using someone else’s debit card for herself. Committed to prison for 26 weeks suspended for two years with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay £5,102.91 compensation and a £91 victim surcharge.

Theft

Lee Raymond Chatfield, 39, of Wellington Street, Long Eaton: Pleaded guilty to stealing two DVDs. Pleaded guilty to stealing four cans of deodorant. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Assault

Liam Adam Colton, 18, of Kenilworth Drive, Kirk Hallam, Ilkeston: Pleaded guilty to assault. Must comply with a 12-week curfew and a Thinking Skills Programme. Must pay £250 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £250 costs.

Nathan Keen, 21, of Nathaniel Road, Long Eaton: Admits failing to comply with a suspended sentence order by failing to comply with a curfew. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences, which were subject to a suspended sentence, of two counts of assault. Sentenced to 24 weeks of custody.

Bret Robert Smedley, 25, of Oakland Avenue, Long Eaton: Admits failing to comply with a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence, which was subject to the community order, of damaging a door and frame. Community order to last until August 14, 2017, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Fined £20.

Kadeem Haughey, 21, of Kingsway, Ilkeston: Admits failing to comply with a community order. Order to continue with varied requirements including an additional ten hours’ unpaid work.

Justin Carl Fletcher, 34, of Gough Grove, Long Eaton: Indicated a guilty plea to undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods namely three mattresses. Fined £120 and must pay £200 compensation and £85 costs.
