Christopher John Cooper, 26, of Acres Road, Lower Pilsley. Chesterfield. Convicted of committing a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence varied to a prison term of nine weeks suspended for 12 months with a requirement to reside at Acres Road and original Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and unpaid work requirement to continue.

Damian Adam Round, 37, of No Fixed Abode. Indicated a guilty plea to entering The Kebab House, on High Street, Tibshelf, as a trespasser with intent to steal. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Indicated a guilty plea to entering the Tanning Shop, on Victoria Street, Derby, as a trespasser with intent to steal. Indicated a guilty plea to attempting to enter as a trespasser Cats Protection, on Wardwick, Derby, with intent to steal, Committed to prison for 18 weeks.

Daniel Lee Parkes, 40, of Duke Street, Whittington Moor, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Fined £25 and must pay £100 costs. Indicated a guilty plea to shopping in Chesterfield town centre when he was prohibited from doing this by a criminal behaviour order. Criminal behaviour order varied in that the defendant must not act in a manner that causes harassment to any person in Derbyshire, must not go to Chesterfield town centre except to attend solicitors or a homeless service and must not remain in any commercial premises or medical establishments within Derbyshire if asked to leave by any owner or occupier and must not be drunk or consume alcohol in a public place. Fined £50 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Michael McCann, 31, of care of Dover Street, Creswell. Pleaded guilty to damaging a windscreen on a vehicle to the value of £100. Fined £80 and must pay £100 compensation.

Richard Harry Musgrove, 37, of Talbot Crescent, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to entering Chesterfield town centre when he was prohibited from doing so by a criminal behaviour order. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for six months. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Mark Anthony Seery, 33, of East Crescent, Duckmanton, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Committed to prison for 48 days. Must pay £100 compensation.

Tommy Shaw, 19, of Bracken Road, Shirebrook. Pleaded guilty to damaging the windscreen of a vehicle to the value of £400. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Pleaded guilty to damaging a Mercedes Sprinter van. Pleaded guilty to assault by beating. Admitted committing a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for an offence of criminal damage. No adjudication. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to assault be beating. No separate penalty.

James Kirk, 20, of Winchester Road, Newbold, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault be beating. Indicated a guilty plea to having a folding knife in a public place without lawful authority or good reason. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £620 costs. Committed to prison for four months suspended for 18 months with a Building Better Relationships programme and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 80 hours of unpaid work.
