Rhys Callum Nadin, 26, of Dale Road, Matlock. Indicated a guilty plea to dishonestly receiving stolen goods namely a USB stick belonging to PFRG Engineering. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Benjamin Michael Wain, 25, of Woodview Close, Wingerworth, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to breaching a restraining order by attending, shouting and swearing at an address which he was prohibited from doing. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for eighteen months with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Adam Nicholas Perkins, 25, of Chester Street, Chesterfield. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the community order of damaging a Samsung television, a kitchen cupboard door, a mirror and a living room door and assault. Pleaded guilty to having an offensive weapon in public, namely nun chucks. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

Mark Albert Reynolds, 41, of Mercaston Close, Holmehall, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to attempting to steal washing up liquids valued at £22.76 belonging to Spar. Admitted committing an offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for the offences of theft and assault. Steve Francis, 27, of Pullman Close, Staveley. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of vodka, a charger, protein powder and chicken and mince meat to the value of £89.50 belonging to Tesco Extra.
