Dale Booth, 22, of Handbury Close, Holme Hall, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to producing cannabis. Fined £120 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

James Kelvin Warman, 25, of Weston Avenue, Swanwick, Alfreton. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing one gramme of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Duncan Rowland Couch, 23, of Canyon Meadow, Creswell. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £315 and must pay a £31 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Leon Simon Morris, 25, of St Augustine’s Road, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
