Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with a drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision. Must pay £50 compensation. Dealt with for an original offence of stealing clothing belonging to Ashgate Hospice which had been subject to a community order. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrently suspended for 12 months. Conviction of an offence while a community order was in force. No adjudication.

Failed to notify Amber Valley Borough Council of a change of circumstances which he knew would affect entitlement to housing and council tax benefit namely that he was living in the same household with a man as husband and wife. Failed to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of a change of circumstances affecting entitlement to Income Support that she was living with a man as husband and wife. No separate penalty.

Jason Douglas McCall, 37, of Chesterfield Road, Alfreton. Made indecent photographs of a child namely 44 indecent photographs of children at Level 1 located on an Apple Mac computer. Community order for two years with curfew for six months and electronic monitoring and to participate in sex offender group work for 110 days with supervision. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Given a sexual offences prevention order for five years.

Thomas Graney, 21, of Redgate Street, Pinxton. Damaged a vehicle to the value of £590. Community order for 12 months with an attendance centre requirement. Must pay £590 compensation and £85 costs. Failed to surrender to custody. No separate penalty.

Colin Steven Phillips, 36, of Park Lane, Pinxton. Committed fraud five times by dishonestly making a false representation by over charging for goods to make a gain. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 18 months with a thinking skills programme and supervision. Must pay £484.10 compensation and £625 costs.

Michael John Weldon, 24, of Church Street, Riddings. Stole meat valued at £50. Failed to surrender to custody. Committed to prison for ten weeks.

Paul William Foster, 30, of West Street, Doe Lea, Chesterfield. Stole beauty treatment products, a tax disc, cardigan, two handbags, a purse and children’s books. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Stole a Sat Nav, multi car charger, diary and two shopping bags containing Cadbury Easter eggs and chocolate valued at £320. Stole a bottle of cider. Fined £25 and must pay £3.99 compensation. Community order with alcohol treatment requirement and supervision for 12 months.

Jonathon Gordon Alletson, 29, of Greenhill Lane, Riddings, Alfreton. Stole two XBox games valued at £83. Community order for 12 months with supervision and 80 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £14.95 compensation for another offence taken into consideration and £83 compensation and must also pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Stole four fragrances valued at £69.99 belonging to TK Maxx. Community order for 12 months with a drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision.
