Beverley Ann Green, 42, of Bridge Street, Killamarsh. Admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order in that she was absent from a curfew address and failed to attend with a responsible officer and provide reasons for absence. No adjudication. Dealt with for an original offence relating to the community order of failing to attend a follow-up assessment. Detained in the courthouse but detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. Dealt with for an original offence which was subject to the community order of stealing cosmetics valued at £329.50 belonging to Marks and Spencer. Dealt with for an original offence which was subject to the community order of failing to surrender to custody at Moss Way Police Station. To be detained in the court house but detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody. Convicted of stealing a bottle of wine valued at £6.99 belonging to the Co-op. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 12 months. Must pay £6.99 compensation, an £80 victim surcharge and £50 costs and a £150 court charge.

Christopher edward Blair, 26, of Spital Lane, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing washing articles valued at £50 belonging to Spar Stores. Fined £125 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £160 costs and a £150 court charge.

Michelle Tina Cooper, 43, of Welbeck Street, Creswell. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing a purse and contents including a ring valued at £350. Fined £73 and must pay £175 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge.
