Paul Michael Shaw, 21, of The Willows, Pleasley. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £230 and must pay a £23 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 court charge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Elliot James hague, 18, of Station Road, Whitwell. Pleaded guilty to driving while unfit to drive through drugs. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 court charge. Disqualified from driving for 30 months. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assaulting a police constable. Pleaded guilty to damaging police handcuffs. Committed to detention for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months with a rehabilitation activity requirement and 80 hours of unpaid work.

Paul Anthony Haslam, 51, of Brooklyn Drive, Chesterfield. Proved guilty in absence of being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and failed to stop.
