James Nicholas Ellis, 43, of Church Street North, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Community order to last until January 14, 2017, with 60 hours’ unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 24 months.

John Robert Timothy Lavell, 55, of Hinckley Court, Chatsworth Road, Rowsley, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £1,307 and must pay a £120 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.
