Kids get chance to celebrate county

From the yummiest ice creams to the beach of kids’ dreams, a national call out has been launched today to gather youngsters’ views on the UK’s top holiday hotspots.

Derbyshire children can get nominating their favourite haunts until May 6, and their choices will make up The UK, Our Way; a holiday guide created exclusively for kids, by kids.

Launched by Parkdean for the first time last year, The UK, Our Way was the first holiday guide to provide the inside scoop on what tiny travellers deem to be the nation’s holiday highlights and it’s been enjoyed by families across the UK ever since.

Following this success, holiday park operator Parkdean has today announced plans to launch a supersize second edition which will be available from this summer.

To nominate, fill in a form on the website at www.parkdean.com/ukourway. All entrants will also be entered into a free prize draw to win a week-long family holiday to one of Parkdean’s 24 holiday parks.
