Have your say about roads and transport
The questionnaire will be sent to a minimum of 4,500 Derbyshire residents in July asking their views on issues ranging from the condition of roads and pavements provided by Derbyshire County Council, to the quality of local bus services.
The survey is being carried out by independent market research experts Ipsos Mori and the same questions are also being sent to residents in 70 other areas nationwide.

“It will also let us compare our results with other local authorities and work together to make improvements in the future, so if anyone receives a survey please fill it in.”
This is the sixth year Ipsos Mori has run the national survey and the first that residents can fill in online, with a website link on the front page of the questionnaire.
Everyone who is sent the survey has the option to be entered into a free prize draw to win either £400, £200 or £100 funded by Ipsos Mori.
The closing date for returning completed questionnaires is Friday, August 2.
Results are expected to be published in the early autumn.
