Sid joined family and friends of Callum Bradley for a curry night held at The Grand Belper Indian Restaurant for the Head’s Up For Callum’s Campaign.

The sell-out event was a huge success, with guests keen to have their pictures taken with the celebrity visitor, whose family has become a household name since their appearance on the hit TV programme.

One reveller said: “It was a great evening and The Grand provided a wonderful assortment of curries for everyone to enjoy.”

The evening raised money for the Head’s Up For Callum’s Campaign for the Critical Care Wards at Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre and the neurological unit at the Royal Derby Hospital.

The units treated Callum after a motorbike accident on the A610 at Ambergate last November left him with life-threatening injuries.

Callum, his aunt Louise Bradley and grandparents Jill and Robert Bradley thanked everyone who attended and supported this event, especially the staff at The Grand, Sid Siddiqui and David Tyson.

The family added: “People’s kindness has been truly humbling and we want to express our sincere gratitude to all the businesses and friends who have kindly donated to our campaign.”
