Whether it’s an early morning swim, fitness classes after work or toning up in the gym, Chesterfield Borough Council’s sports centres have it all.
And any Derbyshire Times reader who signs up for a year’s membership to both Queen’s Park Sports Centre and the Healthy Living Centre in Staveley during April will receive one month free.
A standard membership is £28.90 each month. For this, you will have unlimited use of the pool at both sports centres during usual swimming sessions and unlimited use of the gym at either centre, as well as eight-day priority booking for fitness classes running each day of the week.
Each centre has a well-equipped gym with modern equipment and offers a personalised gym programme with one-to- one support from our qualified instructors.
Queen’s Park Sports Centre offers badminton in the sports hall, has outdoor tennis courts and there are also two glass-backed squash courts with priority booking for members while the Healthy Living Centre offers the chance to relax in the sauna. There’s also a variety of membership options:
A concessionary membership or corporate membership for more than five employees from the same workplace is available for £24.40 each month and student membership, for people in full-time education at £16 each month. A family membership is available for £57.80 for up to two adults and two children under 16.
There is also a Motiv8 membership for children aged between eight and 15 for £10 each month offering swimming, junior gym and use of the climbing walls. For a family with more than two children, you can add the Motiv8 membership to a family membership.
HOW TO CLAIM: To claim your free month’s membership, simply fill in the coupon you’ll find in the April 12 edition of the Derbyshire Times and present at either Queen’s Park Sports Centre or the Healthy Living Centre in Staveley. Offer ends April 30.
