A church building and community hall which served residents of Grassmoor for 125 years is back on the market.
The property, which was the village’s Methodist Church until it closed in 2024, has an attached assembly hall. Estate agent W.T. Parker is inviting offers of around £225,000 for the property which extends to around 3,000 sq ft.
Built in 1899, the church features original stained glass windows. The adjoining modern hall was added in 2007.
In August 2024, the property sold for £149,500 at auction, four months after hosting its final service.
