The fire was discovered at the property on Highdale Fold, Dronfield, about 1.20pm, today, Sunday, May 15.

A Derbyshire fire service spokesman said: “The fire was in the ground floor kitchen of the three-storey property.”

Firefighters from Chesterfield, Dronfield and South Yorkshire made the property safe by about 1.50pm.
