Paramedics were called as one man needed treatment for smoke inhalation.

Earlier, at 12.40am, crews were called to Coronation Drive, also in South Normanton, to reports of a bedroom fire.

The fire was out by the time crews arrived. Again, an ambulance was called to treat one person for smoke inhalation.
